Words Of Wisdom

Today I am sending you blessings of light and a reminder that you are filled with the wisdom of the Universe.

Make sure you take time today to nourish your soul.

Walk in nature, spend time with a dear friend, connect with your angels.

It is in the quiet moments the soul’s wisdom can more easily be heard.

I also share with you  today these Words of Wisdom and send them with love, joy and a touch of humor.

You’re doing so much better than you know!

Words of Wisdom

    1. Don’t let life to cause you to forget your Authentic Self.
    2. Because it has a tendency to do that…
    3. Your job is to believe in yourself and let goodness wash over you like Rainfall.
    4. Forgive yourself and others. Because it is not your fault you live in a time and space that focuses on drama and chaos. Remember, it’s not who you are. Say to yourself not my monkeys not my circus.
    5. Your destiny is bright and is bigger than the bright reflection of the sun.
    6. Stop trying to change the unchangeable. There are things over which you have little influence except to accept what is and do your best.
    7. Stop blaming them. All “thems.” When you blame “them” you give your power away. They cannot ever drain your goodness. No matter what. Unless you let them.
    8. Believe in brighter tomorrows. You don’t breathe as well when you stop believing.
    9. Laying down in traffic and praying you won’t get run over is never a good idea. Divine intervention can only take you so far… first you have to be willing to get the heck out of the road.
    10. Don’t worry so much. Use your creativity differently. There are so many juicier things to do with your imagination. Create Infinite Possibilities.
    11. Create in a way that delights your heart. You simply must create. Create and live.
    12. See yourself through the eyes of those who hold you dear… or through the eyes of your angels… but don’t see yourself through your eyes when your inner critic gets on a roll. Your inner critic is not to be trusted.
    13. Count your blessings then set them free so a new batch can be born tomorrow.

Who says 13 is an Unlucky Number…..this Thirteen Words of Wisdom can transform your life as never imagined.

Love Work

You always have a choice but you forget that you have it.

Do you remember the energy and enthusiasm you had on the first day of your first job?

You consciously chose to do the work you had gladly accepted to do.

But then you gradually fell asleep to the choice you made, and the day became “I have to” go to work, instead of “I want to” go to work.

You forgot to see all the opportunities which come with work – opportunities like learning, nourishing and being nourished by others, developing new relationships, expanding your personal capacity.

Instead you decided it was just something that you had to do to ‘get the money’.

This is why most people are sleep-walking through their lives, and they don’t know it.

The solution, choose your work every day, put the energy of love into your relationships…every day, even if you don’t particularly like your job or the people around you.

And you’ll be amazed at how your life transforms.

When you choose to put love into what you do, the universe will move heaven and hell to let you do what you love.

Divine Love melts all blockages…

Life and Death

Though the ordinary man looks upon death with dread and sadness,

those who have gone before know it as a wondrous experience of peace and freedom.

At death, you forget all the limitations of the physical body and realize how free you are.

For the first few seconds there is a sense of fear – fear of the unknown, of something unfamiliar to the consciousness.

But after that comes a great realization:

the soul feels a joyous sense of relief and freedom.

You know that you exist apart from the mortal body.

Every one of us is going to die someday, so there is no use in being afraid of death.

You don’t feel miserable at the prospect of losing consciousness of your body in sleep;

you accept sleep as a state of freedom to look forward to.

So is death; it is a state of rest, a pension from this life.

There is nothing to fear. When death comes, laugh at it.

Death is only an experience through which you are meant to learn a great lesson: you cannot die.

When a dear one dies, instead of grieving unreasonably,

realize that he has gone on to a higher plane at the will of God,

and that God knows what is best for him. Rejoice that he is free.

Pray that your love and goodwill be messengers of encouragement to him on his forward path.

This attitude is much more helpful.

Of course, we would not be human if we did not miss loved ones;

but in feeling lonesome for them we don’t want selfish attachment to be the cause of keeping them earthbound.

Extreme sorrow prevents a departed soul from going ahead toward greater peace and freedom.

To send your thoughts to loved ones who have passed on, sit quietly in your room and meditate upon God.

When you feel His peace within you, concentrate deeply at the point between the two eyebrows,

and broadcast your love to those dear ones who are gone.

Send to that soul your vibrations of love, and of strength and courage.

If you do this continuously, and if you don’t lose the intensity of your interest in that loved one,

that soul will definitely receive your vibrations.

Such thoughts give your loved ones a sense of well-being, a sense of being loved.

They have not forgotten you any more than you have forgotten them.

Send your thoughts of love and goodwill to your loved ones as often as you feel inclined to do so,

but at least once a year — perhaps on some special anniversary.

Mentally tell them, “We will meet again sometime and continue to develop our divine love and friendship with one another.”

If you send them your loving thoughts continuously now,

someday you will surely meet them again.

You will know that this life is not the end,

but merely one link in the eternal chain of your relationship with your loved ones.

ReAlign Your Chakra System and Fast-track Your Intuitive Development

There are said to be seven main chakras in all; four in our upper body, which govern our mental properties,

and three in the lower body, which govern our instinctual properties. They are:

The Muladhara (root) chakra.

The Svadhisthana (sacral) chakra.

The Manipura (solar plexus) chakra.

The Anahata(heart) chakra.

The Visuddhi (throat) chakra.

The Ajna (third eye) chakra.

The Sahasrara (crown) chakra.
Some of our chakras are usually not open all the way (meaning, they operate just like when you were born),

but some are over-active, or even near closed.

If the chakras are not balanced, peace with the self cannot be achieved.

This Alignment guides you to clear out negative energy and blocks to do with…

  • Money (root chakra)
  • Sexuality and enjoyment (sacral chakra)
  • Being in your power (solar plexus chakra)
  • Giving to yourself and to others (heart chakra)
  • Inhibitions while speaking, fears around self-expression and being your true self (throat chakra)
  • Trusting your intuition (third-eye chakra)
  • Connecting with spirit (crown chakra)

Open the Root Chakra (red). This chakra is based on being physically aware and feeling comfortable in many situations. If opened, you should feel well-balanced and sensible, stable and secure. You don’t distrust people around you for no reason. You feel present in what is happening right now, and very connected to your physical body. If it’s under-active: you tend to be fearful or nervous, and easily feel unwelcome. If it’s over-active: you may be materialistic and greedy. You feel as if you should be secure and are unwelcome to a change.

Open the Sacral Chakra (orange). This chakra deals with feeling and sexuality. If open, feeling are released with liberty, and are expressed without you being over-emotional. You would be open to affinity and can be passionate as well as outgoing. You also have no problems based on sexuality. If it’s under-active: you tend to be unemotional or impassive, and are not very open to anybody. If it’s over-active: you tend to be sensitive and emotional all the time. You may also be very sexual.

Open the Navel Chakra (yellow). This chakra encircles confidence, especially when in a group. When open, you should feel in control and have good feeling of dignity in yourself. If it’s under-active: you tend to be passive and indecisive. You could be frequently apprehensive and this doesn’t reward you. If it’s over-active: you tend to be imperious and aggressive.

Open the Heart Chakra (green). This chakra is all about love, caring, and endearment. When open, you seem to be compassionate and friendly, always working in amicable relationships. If it’s under-active: you tend to be cold and unfriendly. If it’s over-active: you tend to be so “loving” towards people that you suffocate them, and you could be seen as selfish for it.

Open the Throat Chakra (light blue). This chakra is based on self-expression and communication. When the chakra is open, expressing yourself is easy, and art seems to be a great way to do this. If it’s under-active: you tend not to speak too much, so you are classified as shy. If you lie often, this chakra can be blocked. If it’s over-active: you tend to speak so much, it annoys a lot of people. You could also be a pretty bad listener.

Open the Third Eye Chakra (blue). Like it’s name, this chakra deals with insight. When open, you have excellent clairvoyance, and tend to dream a lot. If it’s under-active: you tend to look up to other people to think for you. Relying on beliefs too often, you also tend to be confused most of the time. If it’s over-active: you tend to live in a world imagination all day long. In the extremes, you could suffer from frequent daydreams or even hallucinations.

Open the Crown Chakra (purple). This is the seventh and most spiritual chakra. It encircles a being’s wisdom and being one with the universe. When this chakra is open, prejudice disappears from your To Do list, and you seem to become more aware of the world and it’s connection to yourself. If it’s under-active: you tend to not be very spiritual, and may be quite rigid in your thoughts. If it’s over-active: you tend to intellectualize things all the time. Spirituality seems to come first in your mind, and if you are really over-active, you may even ignore your bodily needs (food, water, shelter).

Look Within

Look Inwards

We all have three eyes.
Two for looking out and one for looking in.

Why would we want to look in when everything is happening ‘out there’?

Because the treasure we seek is inside, not outside.

What is Treasure?

Beauty, Truth, Peace, Happiness.

You already have what you seek.

You already are stunningly beautiful.

You are already Peaceful and Loving.

How come you don’t know this?

Simple, you never look inwards, beyond superficial memories or recent experiences, so you never see your own riches.

Take a moment to stop, look in and see.

Don’t Rush.

Don’t Search.

Just Look.

And be aware.
