Don’t want to Die

I do not want to die. . . .

I do not want to go until I have faithfully made the most of my talent and cultivated the seed that was placed in me until the last small twig has grown. . . .

But since I am to be the cultivator, I want to serve faithfully.

Since recognizing that, I am almost serene and much firmer in spirit.

It is not only that I am permitted to finish my work–I am obliged to finish it.

It is quite beautiful to imagine ourselves as gardeners, cultivating the “seed that was placed in us,” growing and directing it into something profound and breathtaking, like a Great Oak. This adds a depth of design and artistry to our lives that empowers us with amazing potential. But it also presents us with duty, responsibility, and obligation–for our seed will not grow if we do not provide it with the proper environment, conditions, and nourishment.

What is necessary of us to be faithful cultivators? It is simply this: a passion to finish our duties in life with sincerity–to use the talents, gifts, and abilities that we have been given by our Creator in ways that contribute positively to the world around us, and to the measure that only we have the ability to reach. This is how we cultivate our seed–how we develop our unique gifts in ways that allow them to go on and benefit those who share in this world with us.

One day I will die, and that is okay with me. But I do not want to die knowing that I have never truly lived–that my God-given talents and abilities have not come to fruition. I want to know that I have blessed this world, that I have created for it a tree of beauty–shade and shelter for others from the storms of life, material to use to create glorious things such as dwellings for family, and so much more. In truth, I am building that tree right now… the question I must ask myself is, “what shall it turn out to be”

Today Make time to cultivate the seed that was placed in you.

Never turn away from your gifts. In their expression lies the power to release you.

Stay In for a Reason, Season and Lifetime….

It is such a rarity nowadays to find someone to fall in love with and stay in love with.

People don’t seem to want to grow old together anymore,

I guess there’s no thrill in that.

There’s no thrill in being comfortable, or knowing someone like the back of your hand.

I guess you can say I’m an old soul.

I’m not about going out every other night or constantly trying to talk to someone new…

I just want someone real, something that could last a lifetime.

I never needed affection or attention from a various amount of people to make myself feel worthy.

I will always be content with the one I love.

I guess that just barely exists.

I’m not just in it for a reason, season, or a lifetime. I’m in it for all three.

Prayer

Divine Presence,

Thank you for helping me to gain strength in becoming more loving toward myself and all beings.

I am grateful that you are opening my mind and heart to the Pure Wisdom that is within me at all times.

I ask to bring more patience and compassion into my being

so that I can truly live in loving kindness with myself and all of humanity.

In this way I know I can better serve my Soul as well as the Earth in her evolution. And so it is.

A simple Four – Step Healing

A Simple Four-Step Process to Healing

To illustrate an effective healing process, Dr. Alex Loyd,

Founder of The Healing Codes, has developed four steps for redefining those painful memories.

First, consider the area in your life giving you the most difficulty.

Typically, this might be finances, relationships, or career.

Once you have that area in mind, define the emotions you’re feeling.

Next, recall a memory from an earlier time in your life that evokes similar emotions.

For example, if finances are your trouble spot in life and thinking about money causes you to feel angry and frustrated, think of another time in your life when you were feeling the same way.

Your mental “image maker” that creates and stores memories as images is the platform for this process.

The third step is to insert yourself mentally into that earlier memory, but as a third party observer rather than as a participant.

One important note: Dr. Loyd always suggests you “take” a trusted person with you in your mind to the scene of the past trauma, if it feels at all unsafe to go there.

Observe the physical reactions the scene causes in you, both as a third party and as a participant in the scene.

You’ll probably find that the physical reactions you have when you take a step back from the scene are very different than the ones you felt as it was happening.

4. The final step is to ask the earlier version of yourself caught up in the painful memory what is needed for them to be healed.

During this stage, you will find that a false perception is at the root of your emotional pain.

That might be the perception that you are evil or wrong for doing something normal, because an angry person told you so.

This is the time to speak truth into that memory from your third party self so that the lie that’s trapped in that memory can be released.

The guiding concept is “speak the truth in love.”

This process may seem too simple to be effective in healing emotional pain, but it is in fact an incredibly powerful first step in being released from the faulty memories that cause you stress in ways that you may not even recognize now.

Nuggets of Gold, I Learned…..

I’ve learned that no matter how much I care, some people just don’t care back.

I’ve Learned that you cannot make someone love you.

All you can do is be someone who can be loved.

The rest is up to them.

I’ve learned that you should always leave loved ones with loving words.

It may be the last time you see them.

I’ve learned that your family won’t always be there for you.

It may seem funny, but people you aren’t related to can take care of you and love you and teach you to trust people again.

Families aren’t biological.

I’ve learned that it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.

It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

When others are successful, we become successful; when humanity succeeds, we all succeed.

when we are not wasting time and energy concerning ourselves with who is going to get credit,

we can accomplish some truly amazing things.

Perhaps that is because taking credit for things usually requires much effort–effort to ensure we are thoroughly visible to others, effort to guard the credit so that others do not attempt to take it, and effort to assure that we remain far superior to others in our pursuits.

Have you ever stopped to consider just how much would be accomplished if we each were to stop worrying about who gets credit?

Or have you ever considered just what our accomplishments might look like?

My suspicions are that our efficiency, productivity, and creativity would flourish.

That our achievements would surpass most of our greatest expectations and that the results would be amazing.

Getting credit for our work, and being recognized for contributions, is something that makes us all feel nice… and it should.

It is wonderful to feel appreciated and have others show us thanks and gratitude for our talents, time, effort, and service.

However, we should always keep in mind that our achievements are the results of gifts that we have been given, and we are fortunate to have been blessed with such gifts.

Espouse more humility in your life.

Make it a point to place credit where credit is due.

We can accomplish so very much in life without worrying one bit about who is taking the credit and who is receiving the praise.

And the good we can accomplish can go on to positively affect the lives of those around us in ways that are necessary.

More importantly, with each positive contribution we add, we bring more things that are positive into our lives.

Today’s Challenge: Act with purpose and let go of the need for recognition and praise.

We live in a time of ‘take, take, take’.

Something for nothing; buy one get one free.

The truth of the matter is that simply by giving I will receive all that I need.

Giving is receiving.

Today let me find a way to ‘give’ unconditionally and with love.
Give a smile; give a word of appreciation; give a thought of good wishes; give your co-operation for a task.

Make today a day of giving and tomorrow you will receive the fruits.

Tap into your Intuition Now

How do the geese know when to fly to the sun?

Who tells them the seasons?

How do we, humans, know when it is time to move on?

As with the migrant birds, so surely with us, there is a voice within, if only we would listen to it, that tells us so certainly when to go forth into the unknown.

Why do we so often become confused with who we truly are, mistaking our spiritual journey with that of our human experience?

We are not alone–we have a beautiful spiritual connection with ourselves,

one that knows and understands our needs.

And this connection is trying to speak to us–to guide us and to help us along our way in life.

It is reassuring to think that we each have within us a voice that lets us know

almost everything that we need to know–

a voice that can help us to make the right choices and decisions,

say precisely what needs to be said,

and avoid travelling down the wrong paths or getting involved in the wrong things.

“If only we would listen to it!”

For it is one of the greatest gifts that we have as human beings:

there are limits to our reasoning, and that is where our instinct comes into play.

Pay attention to “the voice within” you; it is speaking, but you must listen.

When you pray, listen for the responses to your prayers.

When you talk, listen what is said in return.

It will require practice and patience, yet the result of your diligence will be a much greater understanding of your purpose and meaning in life.

Today Go to a quiet location and spend some time listening to the voice within you.

Questions to consider:

What has your inner voice told you lately?

What is it saying to you right now?

Why should we listen to that voice?

What are some of the things that make it harder for us to hear that voice within?

Sleep on left side…

Benefits of Sleeping on Your Left Side
Everyone knows that sleep is very important for maintaining a good physical and mental health. However, the duration of your sleep is just as important as the way in which you sleep. Your sleep position can influence your health, help in keeping your skin look young, and improve your digestive health.
Furthermore, sleeping on the left side of your body can even save your life. If you are currently sleeping in another position, keep reading to find out why you should start sleeping on your left side right now.
It Matters Which Side You Sleep
There are several sleeping positions – your front, your back, your left side, and your right side – and they all affect your health. Sleeping on the back can be particularly dangerous for people with sleep apnea or asthma, because it can cause breathing difficulties. Sleeping on the right side is likely to worsen digestion problems, whereas sleeping on the left side may improve digestive symptoms.

This Is Why You Should Be Sleeping On Your Left Side
Sleeping on the left side is believed to greatly improve the health and even save lives. In holistic medicine, the left side of the body is the dominant lymphatic side, and while you’re sleeping on this side, your body will have more time to filter toxins, lymph fluid, and waste through the thoracic duct and the lymph nodes.
On the other hand, sleeping on your right side may cause your lymphatic system to run more slowly. You don’t want this to happen, because a lymphatic system that doesn’t run at full efficiency can become incapable of filtering toxins or properly moving lymph fluid throughout the body. This increases your risk of deadly diseases due to the build-up of toxins.
When you start sleeping on your left side, you might notice your body becoming more efficient at toxin disposal through waste. This happens because this position improves the digestive system and allows your body to promptly extract nutrients and dispose toxins.
Learn to Sleep in this Position
If you normally sleep on your back, your front, or your right side, you might wonder how to break that habit and start sleeping on your left side. This will take some time and practice, but it is possible to quickly train your body to sleep in this position.
Here are some tips:
– You can try lying on your left side and press a full-length body pillow up against your back. The pillow will prevent you from rolling over during the night.
– Try switching the side of the bed you sleep on. This will make it easier for you to flip to your other side and enjoy the same sleeping experience.
– Another trick is to keep a dim light lit on your right side. Since your body will naturally want to turn away from the light during sleep, it will make it easier for you to sleep on your left side.
Try these small changes as soon as you can – they will improve your sleep routine and lead you to a better health.

Don’t Give Up……Miracles waiting to happen…..

I know sometimes you feel like giving up.

Every new day there seems to be no change in your life.

All the troubles of your heart and worries keep on worsening!

You wonder why everything is happening to you.

You keep on asking yourself why you’re not lucky like other people.

You keep on praying to God but so far He hasn’t answered your prayers.

Now you have started losing hope.

You now think that maybe you were meant to be like that or maybe somebody cursed you.

But I tell you my friend?

You weren’t meant to be like that and you weren’t cursed.

God is silent but He watches you day and night.

He listens to your prayers and He has something special for you.

Just stay strong, focused, and hardworking and keep praying to God.

Bear it in your minds that you’re not alone in that hard situation, we are all in the same boat.

So don’t give up my dear friend.
