Share your Light & Love ?

It’s easy to feel uncared for when people aren’t able to communicate and connect with you in the way you need. 

And it’s so hard not to internalize that silence as a reflection on your worth. 

But the truth is that the way other people operate is not about you. 

Most people are so caught up in their own responsibilities, struggles, and anxiety that the thought of asking someone else how they’re doing doesn’t even cross their mind. 

They aren’t inherently bad or uncaring — they’re just busy and self-focused. And that’s okay. 

It’s not evidence of some fundamental failing on your part. 

It doesn’t make you unlovable or invisible. 

It just means that those people aren’t very good at looking beyond their own world. 

But the fact that you are — that despite the darkness you feel, you have the ability to share your love and light with others — is a strength. 

Your work isn’t to change who you are; 

it’s to find people who are able to give you the connection you need. 

Because despite what you feel, you are not too much. 

You are not too sensitive or too needy. 

You are thoughtful and empathetic. 

You are compassionate and kind. 

And with or without anyone’s acknowledgment or affection, you are enough. 


Nature at its Best 

Stop and take the time today to look at the gifts from God in all things. 
There is beauty in a child’s smile, 
the nature,blossoming of a flower. 
As you move through the day today, 
God will be gifting you with all of these lovely things, 
but you will only recognize those gifts if you have your head up and you are aware of the world around you. 
Take some time to put down the cell phones, look up and accept God’s gifts with an open heart.

Let your love be stronger than your hate or anger.

Frequency of Thought 

We control the frequency of our energy through our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. 

If we are predominantly positive and feeling good, we are attracting like positive energy in every area of our lives.

If we are in fear, powerlessness, blame, or any negative emotion, we are attracting like negative energy into our lives. 

As every single thing is energy, positive energy draws positive people, circumstances, and events into our lives. 

Negative energy attracts negative energy, which we will experience through negative people, circumstances and events.

Recharge Your Life 

Recently I went away from Mumbai to Recharge my Life.

What you could do to recharge your life.

Few suggestions.

Take time off every day. You should set aside time in your day where you can be away from your routine. 

Cut your communication with the outside world for a while. 

Use the time to get a sense of clarity of your life and work. 

Reconnect with your life purpose and look at the big picture of your life. 

Are you on the right track? 

Are you doing the right things? 

You can do this by meditating, praying, walking in the garden, or any way you like. 

The important thing is that you to reflect on your life with a clear mind. 

You don’t have to spend much time on it. 

Half an hour is enough, in my experience. 

Doing this helps you live your daily life with clarity.

Take a few days off every now and then. 

During that time, try not to do your routine that might introduce noise into your life. 

For me that means not connecting to the Internet. 

Though it’s not necessary, going out of town could be helpful. 

I can attest from personal experience that such time is really rewarding. 

I often see my life and work from a new perspective. 

I can see the forest rather than the trees. This, of course, will happen only if you spend time to reflect on your life and work.

It reminds me of the story of two woodcutters. One of them sawed down the trees all the time without ever sharpening his saw. 

The other person spent time to sharpen his saw and only then did he saw down the trees. Which one do you think would cut more trees at the end?

Don’t let the busyness of your life lead you to the wrong direction. 

Allocate time to reconnect with your purpose and calling. 

Allocate time to see the big picture of your life. Taking time off helps you stay sharp.


Apologizing chronically can be a sign that you are not feeling that you have much self worth.

Many people suffer with the tendency to apologize all the time, chronically, for everything. 

On the one hand, apologizing is a social convention that keeps interactions between people polite, and in that way it can be very helpful. 

On the other hand, if we find ourselves apologizing for everything, it might be time to look at why we feel compelled to say “I’m sorry” so often. 

Ultimately, saying you’re sorry is saying that you are responsible for something that has gone wrong in the situation. 

Of course, it’s true that using the word sorry can simply be an innocuous way of defusing tension. 

However, if you find that you say sorry all the time, you might want to look a little deeper and see where in your psyche that might be coming from. 

If it’s a pattern, breaking it may simply take some awareness and practice.

Be Deaf 

There was a group of children running in a local charity event who decided to pick on one of their smaller peers. 
Near the end of the race, the boys tripped up the smaller child and he fell sliding several feet on his arms and face. 
He was bleeding, embarrassed, and crying as the older children nearby taunted him–calling him names and yelling at him to stay down and cry like a baby. 
And while the group of children howled insults at the boy, and jeered and laughed at him loudly, he began to stand up and dust off his shirt and pants, and slowly jog towards the finish line. 
He continued to push himself onward, and as he crossed the line, was met by his father and mother who hugged him. 
A few moments later, a boy from the crowd came up to him and said, “Did you not hear those boys telling you to give up, calling you names?” 
And the boy’s parents said in reply, ”
He is deaf… he thought they were encouraging him the entire time.” 
The words we speak hold great power–the power to give life to others and to build them up, 
or power to take life away and tear them down. 
And like the example of the boy who fell, we each have the power to encourage others when they fall–to lift them up and save them.
 But we also have the power to keep them down and diminish them–to kill their spirit within. 
And so we must always be careful to say what it is we truly wish to say to bring forth goodness and love; 
we must speak life to those who cross our path in life–offering encouragement to the discouraged and disheartened, friendship to the lonely and neglected, comfort to those in anguish and misery, solace to the tired and weary, joy to the depressed and troubled, and hope for the desperate and despaired. 
Today’s Action :
In what ways can you encourage at least two people today? 
To whom can you listen and show understanding? 


Love Unconditionally 

Do you wish to achieve your life meaning???

If we wish to provide meaning in our lives, 
then we must learn to love and to love unconditionally. 

Only then can we truly feel the sense of completion that is already within ourselves, 

but that we may keep repressed under the layers of fear, control, and feelings of inadequacy.

 Here is a secret to life: 

when we learn to love unconditionally, 

we no longer need to fear, 

and we no longer need to protect ourselves. 

And once we open the gates of the dams we have built to hold back our love, 

our lives will begin to shift and to change and our love will surround us and pour forth to fill the valleys of sadness in the world. 

If I limit the love I give to just one or two, it will eventually go stale.

If I learn to create love inside my heart and silently give it to everyone I meet, love will grace every corner of my life.
