Does Life Has Any Meaning?

Life is not ordinary.

If it ever seems like it is…

it is our perception of life that makes it so.

When our mind is racing at the speed of light, and everything is passing us by in a blur, it is no wonder that we fail to see all the beauty around us.

Life becomes extraordinary when we take the time to still our minds.

Let your mind be still. The universe is an extraordinary place. And it is only when we learn to slow down and relax, that we become fully aware of the beauty and wonder in this world.

Today : Take a few minutes to relax your mind; try to experience today with a calm stillness.

Questions to ponder:

Do you take time each day to still your mind? What are the potential benefits of doing so?

What things in your life seem ordinary? What things seem extraordinary?

How often do you focus on the positive in your life? On the negative?

Conclusion :

As you take a few minutes each day to quiet your mind, you will discover a nice benefit:

your everyday, “ordinary” life will begin to seem far more extraordinary.

Little things that previously went unnoticed will begin to please you.

You’ll be more easily satisfied, and happier all around.

Rather than focusing on what’s wrong with your life, you’ll find yourself thinking about and more fully enjoying what’s right with your life.

The world won’t change, but your perception of it will.

You’ll start to notice the little acts of kindness and caring from other people rather than the negativity and anger.

Anger and Danger

D Anger

To never get angry is a tall order for almost any human being.

So when we see anger as failure, and we try not to be angry and fail, it is so easy to turn the gun on ourselves when our anger comes.

We blame ourselves and put ourselves down for not being able to control ourselves.

Don’t turn the gun in yourself.

Don’t give yourself a guilt trip.

We spend our lives learning anger, so we are not going to unlearn all the beliefs and habits which create our irritations, frustrations and angers in a few days, or even a few weeks. (though some who really do ‘get it’ can change that fast).

So be easy on yourself.
Healing the inner scars, forgiving ourselves, transforming those habits, are all aspects of this inner work, and they take a little time.

Be patient, be gentle and merciful with yourself.

And if you do decide you want to forgive and heal yourself, if you do decide you don’t want to be a slave to others words and actions, if you do decide you want to be free of your negative feelings, one of the secrets is not to fight or struggle with those old habits.

Accept them when they come, for whatever reason, and you’ll be amazed how quickly the habit of those feelings is dissolved.

All healing begins with acceptance, including the healing of our feelings.

What is Joy

What is joy?

It is not something we have to seek after, for it is already inside us.

It is a state of mind.

It is understanding and acceptance of life and of who we are at this very moment.

It is peace and contentment.

In the midst of all the chaos around us, it is the calm serenity that we feel inside.

Over the years, I have come to realize that I determine my own level of joy.

And with a simple choice each day, it becomes easy to experience it and to share it with others in my life.

When I wake up in the morning,

I can remind myself that today is a joy-filled day.

And when things do not seem to work out as I had hoped, or difficulties come my way, I can keep a healthy level of peace and serenity about me.
Peace and joy in our lives is free. So Be Joyful that’s the highest frequency vibration.
