Understanding others Perception….

The Buddha spoke gently,

“Once a person is caught by belief in a doctrine, one loses all one’s freedom.

When one becomes dogmatic, that person believes his or her doctrine is the only truth and that all other doctrines are heresy.

Disputes and conflicts all arise from narrow views.

They can extend endlessly, wasting precious time and sometimes even leading to war.

? Attachment to views is the greatest impediment to the spiritual path.
Bound to narrow views, one becomes so entangled that it is no longer possible to let the door of truth open.”

Thich Nhat Hanh

DDivine Wisdom ?
Many people limit their own perspectives in life by clinging to views and ideas that they have embraced simply because they were taught from others that they were true.

Yet by doing so, they will most assuredly miss out on experiencing the breadth of the spiritual journeys that lay before them.

Furthermore, by accepting the words of others as personal truth–without seeking a deeper understanding–they lose sight of the deeper meaning of life.

There is nothing silly about questioning what you have been taught… for that is the path of growth. ?

People who refuse to do so are sacrificing their own freedom just to hold onto a belief that may or may not truly hold any meaning to them.

If we want to become truly spiritual beings, we must embark on our own journeys into our selves and into our personal relationship with God and life.

Although the answers to my spiritual questions could be inspired and based off someone else’s interpretations, they most likely will need to create some personal connections within me to be able to grow–I must learn to trust myself and my own perspective on life.
? When I mistakenly think someone is mad at me… it leaves me feeling awful.

This belief will hold me back because I do not like having someone angry with me.

Yet later on, when I come to find out that the person was not angry with me at all, my belief is shattered, and it no longer has any hold over me. ?
Spiritual growth is about actively learning and growing in our own spirituality.

If we choose to make the journey, and continue on it all the way, we will find the truth we seek.

Balance and Easy Flow in Life.

Balance in life brings a natural and easy flow.

Balance helps us to easily move in the right direction, with grace.

With Intuitive Powers, You are in tune with yourself and life,

therefore you do the right things at the right time

by maintaining a balance of self-reflection

and external connection

By finding a balance of internal and external focus

You easily stay humble, centered and free.

Enjoy taking this one to heart.

It’s all too common today that we can lose our connection to our innermost self.

Make time for this, as it’s the most important factor for a peaceful life.

Without it, we feel peace-less.

Think to yourself, what must change in your life in order to create more balance?

What type of support would be useful to you?

Because we value an inner and outer balance with the Power of Intuition , we often hold our students accountable, by providing them the opportunity to check in with us regularly, to let us know how their inner practice is going, and to share their external success. It’s time for sharing again…

Oftentimes, we really do need the help to break free from struggle and the constant pressures of life.

All those who have attended Intuitive Training can stay connected for New Learning and those who wish to Expand Intuitive Powers can also connect…

Self Talk

When you talk to yourself in your mind, which self do you address?

And how?

Usually people do not talk to their divinity,

but to the most superficial aspects of their everyday personality.

And often it’s a stream of fears, complaints and a mindless repetition of old things.

If we talked that way to another human being, we would have to apologise.

Learning to talk properly to the self is a spiritual endeavour.

Thoughts from the past and worries about the future do not create good conversation.

Instead learn to talk to your mind as if it were a child.

Talk to it with love.

If you just force a child to sit down, he won’t.

A good mother knows how to prompt her child into doing what she wants.

Be a good mother to your mind, teach it good, positive thoughts so that when you tell it to sit quietly, it will.

Love your mind. Stay happy.

*Tips to Handle Criticism*
1.If someone criticizes you, welcome it! If there is some substance in it, take it. If the criticism is coming out of jealousy, frustration, or anger, it is good to practice indifference. Don’t lose your equanimity.
2. If someone criticizes you and you counter it by criticizing them, then the chain continues. Instead, thank them for their kind words and see what happens. The day you drop your defenses, the other person will not know how to respond.
3. If someone is giving you constructive criticism, welcome it! They are taking the risk of losing your friendship and giving you criticism.
4. Don’t defend your mistakes. Just accept them and move on. When you are totally defenseless, that’s when you’ll be strong.
5. Every time you face criticism, know that you are vast like the ocean and you can take in anything. When you feel small, that is when you don’t feel like taking criticism. When you feel very big, then you think, “I am much bigger than this criticism, let me take it in.”
6. Know that people are there to help you in the world. Don’t see people as enemies. The foolish will look at the world as filled with hostile people. The wise will look at the world as filled with friends, and think that people are there to help.
7. Smile not only when compliments are given, but when you are criticized too. A person of true patience and courage is one who can respond to any insult or criticism with an unshakeable smile.

Unjust criticism should also be taken with a smile. To begin with, you may feel very uncomfortable, but there will be a shift in you, with which you will be so amazed.
8.Respond to criticism with humor and wit. If you get angry with someone who taunts you, then that is not intelligent behavior. The sign of intelligence is to transform an unpleasant situation into a pleasant one. One who looks for pleasantness even in unpleasant or unfavorable situations is truly an intelligent person.
9. If somebody is talking negatively about you, they are dumping garbage. You should not hold your gunny bag and catch it. When somebody is dumping garbage, you simply move away from there. Don’t take it in.
10.Have the ability to give constructive criticism from a happy, calm mind and be able to take constructive criticism from the same mind. This will transform your ego.
11. If anyone anywhere humiliates you, know that it is only a plan to soften you. It is a blessing.

Divine Power

” My son, your ineptitude is so vast, your incompetence so profound, that I am certain you are inhabited by greater power than I have ever known. Unfortunately, it seems to be working backward at the moment, and even I can find no way to set it right. It must be that you are meant to find your own way to reach your power in time; but frankly, you should live so long as that will take you. Therefore I grant it that you shall not age from this day forth, but will travel the world round and round, eternally inefficient, until at last you come to yourself and know what you are. Don’t thank me. I tremble at your doom. “Peter S. Beagle, The Last Unicorn
I feel the same words for my Son Swayam …?

From the words written by Peter, a lot can be gathered about the wealth of power and potential that lies dormant within each of us.

We each have vast reserves of talent and potential that lie virtually unrecognized by us for much of our lives.

Perhaps we do not know how to seek them out, or maybe we just choose not to.

Regardless, when we choose to lay waste our talents and our potential, when we choose to postpone “finding our own way to reach our power,” we are doomed to live a life of “ineptitude and incompetence.”
Our bodies and minds create an amazing amount of power and potential every day we are alive.

But what do we do with that power?

Some of us spend it watching television, playing video Games allowing our potential to be wasted.

Some spend it making money that can then be disposed of on unnecessary desires, thus creating a wasteful cycle of their potential.

Yet if we were to spend our time in ways that unleash our potential, we would most assuredly become a positive force in this world.

Reading, teaching, developing our spirits and knowledge, helping others… there are so many things that require the talents that you and I possess.

And of course, we do not have eternity to find ourselves, we do not even have the guarantee of tomorrow.

It is therefore crucial that we realize the importance of seeking out “what we are” now.

Why am I here?

In what ways can I grow and develop?

What is needed from me this day?

Do not lay waste your power and potential.

Dust off your talents; use your abilities when the opportunities and need arises.

Negligence and sloth are the catalysts that cause potential to rust; and apathy towards mediocrity will be our doom.
Put your talents and abilities to good use today.

Divine Talents & Potential.

Let’s be Like A Tree

Want to be inspired by trees?

Well, like a tree:
1. You are unique, so dare to be different, and stand tall.

2. You have the strength to weather life’s storms and stand strong.

3. Know when to drop and let go of all that is no longer essential.

4. Stay rooted in your values and root for everyone.

5. Your presence refreshes others and provides support.

6. Just keep growing, no matter what.

Tree Loves Everyone and so while approaching Last month of 2016, let’s be like a tree.

This year my Purpose was Tree of Life…

Let’s understand what’s a Tree.

Tress are hit by stones sometimes but still they give their fruits and serve others, they give Shades in Heat and Sunlight, they take away our toxins and rejuvenates us, they take away our carbon dioxide and give us oxygen….

Can we serve like Tree…growing stronger and grounded so that we operate with Love instead of Ego.

Fear of Loosing Love ones

We all fear of loosing our near and dear ones as how much ever you avoid to talk on this topi, the truth is bitter that has to be faced by each one of us !
The thought of loosing someone very close to us frightens us, makes us insecure that how would you carry on without that person or would you be able to deal with that loss or face it !
Begin training your mind that this is inevitable, so what should I do to make myself more acceptable to such situations?
First and foremost understand you have come all alone and you have to leave all alone.
Secondly in your journey of your life you will be supported by many people and you too will be supporting many of them, each person you meet or who crosses your path is predestined either to complete the karmic debts of your give and take relationship with that particular person, it may be related to love, marriage, wealth, business, spiritual so when you come into this world you have a set of family, friends, acquaintances, enemies, all there to teach you something and that’s why with some you get along very well, with some you don’t, with time the equation may change, learn to understand each and every small acquaintance is here to teach you something.
Third life is a journey with all kinds of ups and downs, very very few people have a steady life but otherwise you will have to go through your share of ups and downs and only you will realise the lessons you learn from it which will help you change as a person.
The time you will be together with a particular person is also destined and so when a person leaves you, understand his role in your life is over, he played his role and took an exit, so accept this truth, you will be much stronger when you accept this and you will learn to face it more gracefully!
Learn and remember what did that person taught you, what change did he bring in you and remember what both of you promised to each other and imbibe the quality what you most loved about that person it may be his way of loving, caring, his punctuality, his discipline, anything you have appreciated about him!
That’s how he will always be with you. Its not at all easy but here you have no option but to live with that truth and move on with your life!

Divine Life
This question always haunted me and I would ask God…..why you create this Drama in Life…

Essentially, happiness can be divided into 3 categories:

1. For Physical Happiness:

a. Regular and proper diet.

b. Regular and proper rest.

c. Regular and proper exercise.
2. For Mental Happiness:

a. Minimize expectation.

b. Minimize ego/pride.

c. Minimize negative thoughts.
3. For Spiritual Happiness:

a. Recognize your soul (as a separate entity from the body).

Past : Do not live in the past. ( Free yourself of past memories and experiences.)

Future: Do not worry about the future. ( But, plan for the future.)

Present: Free yourself of any attachments and hatred (Raag-Dvesh).

b. Help all living beings without any expectations.

c. Meditate regularly and surrender to the Supreme Soul.

Let Life Flow

You could be resistant to change, which might be due to your desire to control the way your life is going today.

Not being able to accept the flow of things as they occur may not only make you unyielding to others but it may also make it more difficult for you to appreciate the beauty of the unexpected.

Perhaps just spending time with your eyes closed, breathing deeply and taking in all of the sounds around you, could make easier to let go today.

If you can simply allow things to happen to you–even for just a few minutes–relishing the spontaneity of the moment, you might notice that there is little in life that you can truly control. Once you try, you miss so many opportunities.
Letting life move through us helps us remain open to everything life has to offer.

The more we try to control our lives, the more out of control they become.

Being receptive leads us to greater chances for growth for if we let go of our hold on ourselves, we have more mental space and energy to embrace the new.

Learning to relish the moment and the sensations of our lives is an effective way to do this.

Once you give yourself permission to let go today, you will find richness in life that you might otherwise have missed and will realize how much sweeter your life is when you simply let yourself live it.
