Trust Invocation

Invocation:

“I call upon the loving genius of divine order that is manifesting itself in my life, now.

I have gratitude for the grace, compassion, truth and liberation that is expressing itself through the changes now happening, or soon to happen, in my life.

Thank you for always guiding me onto my truest and most joyful path.

I ask, through unconditional love, for assistance, insight and support to help me trust in the plan of love unfolding in my life.

I ask for this same gift for all living beings.

Through divine grace and my own free will, so be it.”

Anxiety Vs Patience

This is a Zibu Symbol which made me think about Anxiety.

Anxiety is “the rust of life;” after all, it feeds on us, corroding and destroying our faith and certainty and obscuring the beauty we perceive in life.

Unfortunately, anxiety is something that generally seems to plague us no matter how much we try to avoid it or prevent it.

Perhaps that is because it is so deeply rooted in our emotions–fear, uncertainty, apprehension, failure, and so on.

Or maybe it is a result of trying to manage it in unhealthy and ineffective ways.

Regardless, the best way to handle it–and thwart it–is through complete trust and faith in our Creator.

This requires complete surrender of our worries–it means evicting anxiety so that peace may come inside.

Our humanity creates a desire to want to be in control of our lives–to know that everything that occurs to us in life is a result of our actions, or inactions.

But it is impossible for us to control everything. In all honesty, it is difficult enough for us to control a few things, let alone the infinite possibilities that confront us, or have the potential to.

I have found that the people who are happiest in life are not necessarily those who are well off–the wealthy, the powerful, and the famous.

These individuals tend to be cynical and critical of life, often harboring unhappiness and encouraging those around them not to trust life either.

In contrast, the truly happiest individuals tend to be those who trust life–those who go about living open, caring, and compassionate lives.

Trusting in God’s Providence truly is the best preventative and remedy to the rust that feeds on the beauty of life.

Let go of your anxieties, your worries, and your cares… place them into the arms of your Creator who made you and watches over you with unconditional love and unfathomable passion.

You will find your worries becoming all the less, until one day, they simply are no more. and certainty and obscuring the beauty we perceive in life.

~Religion is for those who want to continue rituals and the formality.

Spirituality is for those who want to reach the Spiritual Ascent.

~Religion is for those who are asleep

Spirituality is for those who are awake.

~Religion is for those that require guidance from others.

Spirituality is for those that lend ears to their inner voice.

~Religion has unquestionable assembly of rules that

need to be followed without question.

Spirituality invites you to reason it all, to question it all and to decide your actions and assume the consequences.

~Religion speaks of sin and of fault

Spirituality encourages “living in the present” and not to feel remorse for which has already passed – Lift your spirit and learn from errors.

~Religion is instilled from childhood, like the soup you do not you want to take.

Spirituality is the food that you you seek, that satisfies you and is pleasant to the senses.

~Religion is not God

Spirituality is infinite consciousness and all that is – It is God.

~Religion invents.

Spirituality discovers.

~Religion does not investigate and does not question.

Spirituality questions everything.

~Religion is based on humanity, an organization with rules.

Spirituality is DIVINE, WITHOUT rules.

~Religion continues the teachings of a sacred book.

Spirituality seeks the sacredness in all the books.

~Religion lives you in your thoughts.

Spirituality lives in your conscience.

~Religion is in charge of the “to do”.

Joy Joy Joy

Joy is Expansive ~ meant to be shared from the Heart.

One of my client told me she had no joy in her life.

She allowed joy-stealers ( anger, jealousy, comparing, negative self-talk, anxiety, bad relationships, family, friends, and focusing on lack ) to  suffocate her joy.

During our therapy she realized she’d numbed herself to joyful moments and had blinders that kept her from seeing joy around her.

What is joy?

Joy is an internal emotion and exists through hardships and the most horrific experiences. Joy is your soul foundation, it connects you to your source, and it helps you appreciate the constants in your life (family, nature, freedom, your body, etc.).

Recapturing your joy

If you’re having a hard time feeling your joy, or simply want to have more joyous moments, start focusing on the positives in your life instead of the negatives.

Begin each day with a mindset of gratitude, and use these Zibuand joy affirmations to inspire you to live a joy filled life.

Joy in my Heart and in my Life.

I spread Joy to everyone I meet.

My Natural state is Joyfulness.

I Execute Daily Task with Joy.

Patience and Trust ?

A certain man walked into a hotel and after perusing through the menu, ordered for some food. After about 20 mins a group of guys walked in and ordered for their food too.

To the dismay of the man, these guys got served first. He watched as they began to eat and laugh heartily. He even overheard one of them brag about how he knew everyone at that hotel and how things moved fast for him there.

He felt he was being mocked. He contemplated leaving. But he had waited soo long. Unable to take it anymore, he called a waiter. The waiter calmly told him: “yours sir is a special order, being prepared by the chief chef himself.

Their orders were prepared hurriedly by students on attachement because the top chefs are busy with yours. That’s why they came first. Please have some juice as you wait”.

He calmed down and waited. Shortly after, his meal was served by 6 waiters.

Unknown to him, the owner of the hotel (who happened to be an old long lost friend of his) had seen him coming and wanted to surprise him and had made changes to his simple meal to make it a five star meal.

The party at the other table were shocked. They couldn’t stop staring. Suddenly they were the ones murmuring, asking why they didn’t get that kind of service and meal.

So it is with this life!! Some people are ahead of you and eating now, laughing at you about how they know people, how they are well connected and how they’re blessed, have money and how they’re enjoying life because of it.

You have been waiting long wondering why its taking soo long to get your breakthrough, enduring mockery and humiliation. Maybe you have given up, gone through depression or suffered severe mental anxiety.

Do not worry!! The owner of the world has seen you and doesn’t want to give you a simple meal like those laughing at you. You’re waiting long because yours is a special meal. It takes time to prepare. And only chief chefs prepare them.

Take heart today!! Wait for your meal and relax. When it comes that laughing party will be silenced for good.

Letting Go

EXERCISE: Letting Go

As you read this exercise, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, allow the tension to leave your body. Let your scalp, forehead, and face relax.

Your head need not be tense in order for you to read. Let your tongue, throat, and shoulders relax. Let your back, abdomen, and pelvis relax. Let your breathing be at peace as you relax your legs and feet.

Can you feel a noticeable change in your body since you started reading the previous paragraph?

In this relaxed, comfortable position, say to yourself,

“I am willing to let go. I release. I let go.

I release all tension. I release all fear.

I release all anger. I release all guilt.

I release all sadness. I let go of old limitations. I let go, and I am at peace.

I am at peace with myself. I am at peace with the process of life. I am safe.”

Go over this exercise two or three times. Repeat it whenever thoughts of difficulty come up. It takes a little practice for the routine to become a part of you.

Once you’re familiar with this exercise, you can do it anywhere at any time. You will be able to relax completely in any situation.
