In today’s time many people want to know how to be positive so here is a simple list
1)Be in present
Anxiety is generated when we mainly think about future or past .
We often play scenarios in our head that have not even happened and we keep worrying about it.
Hurt or resentment is mostly created when we live in past and replay all moments that were hurtful so the best choice is to be in present ie now. You can get my forgiveness meditation on my YouTube Channel.
2)Chant any God’s name or mantra-:
God’s name and Mantras raise your vibrations and is best way to distract yourself.
3)Pray and Meditate-:
Prayers help you to go within and request for divine intervention and grace.
I read the prayers on Face book or other social media and I write it down in my prayer journal it helps me to be positive and experience divine grace.
You were with yourself before you came on earth and you will be with yourself eternally so the only person who is going to be constant with you is YOU so love yourself coz if you can’t and won’t, how & why will others love you?
